The Buyer's Kit starts with a LEVEL ONE appraisal and uses the data to create the following:

1. ANALYSIS. An analysis of the appraisal pointing out key areas to investigate in the buyer's Due Diligence Investigation. Though the buyer's accountant may have other areas he thinks appropriate to investigate, our analyst will point out areas that are obvious to him from the appraisal to look at more closely. 2. SAMPLE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FORM. A general form for an offer to purchase that can be customized to any state, and which can be used in conjunction with a broker's standard form which may not include all of the items listed. Prepared in MS Word 2002 so that you may edit it as desired.
3. BUSINESS MODEL. A two year pro forma business model in Excel based upon the seller's historical data and the buyer's post sale inputs. The model will be useful to use in subsequent years to track progress.
