We offer four types of business appraisal and valuation services depending on your unique needs. For Levels 1 and 2, most simple businesses with one profit center, sales less than $3 million, and simple organization qualify for the minimum price. Price increases with complexity.

| Purpose | Appraises value of fixed assets and goodwill, without regard to cash, other current assets, or liabilities. It is how businesses are normally priced for sale. | Covers all elements of Level 1, plus adjusts balance sheet to fair market values. Qualified Contributory Retirement Plan Valuations
It is now possible under ERISA to fund the purchase of small business stock with 401k assets. The small business must be a C-Corporation. Also, the C-Corporation may be a member of an LLC, with other conventional investors. Most trustees require an annual Fair Market Value appraisal of the plan's shareholder interest to meet the requirements of ERISA regulations. This requires a Level 3 appraisal.
